Returns & refunds
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to send it back for a full refund. It needs to be in the condition it arrived in, with the packaging.
How to start one. Email caseysfinds23@gmail.com with your order number and what went wrong. We will reply with a return address within one business day.
Refund timing. Once the return arrives, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Banks typically take a further 5–10 business days to post it.
If it arrived broken. Send a photo and skip the return entirely — we will replace or refund it. You should not be paying postage for our problem.
Return postage. For a change of mind, return postage is yours. For anything faulty, wrong, or damaged, it is ours.
