Privacy
The short version: we collect what we need to send you your order, and nothing else. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build a profile of you, and we have never sold anyone's data.
What we collect. Your name, email address, shipping address and phone number. You type these into Stripe's checkout page, not into ours.
Card details never reach us. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on their own pages. We never see, receive or store your card number — we only get told whether the payment succeeded.
Who else sees your address. To actually post your parcel, we pass your name, address and phone number to the supplier who ships it. That is the point of the address, and it is the only reason we share it. We do not pass on your email.
Your cart. Kept in your own browser's storage, on your device. It is not sent to us until you start checkout, and clearing your browser data deletes it.
No tracking. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it. Order records live in our Stripe account for as long as tax and chargeback rules require, which is several years. Ask and we will tell you exactly what is held against your email address.
Getting it deleted. Email us and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep, and confirm when it is done.
